What’s the difference between telling your truth and actually discovering the truth?

I think it’s in the ability to embrace your own experience of what your truth is and also recognize that my lived experience of my truth is not always shared with someone else’s. Perceptions involvement can make things deeper shades of gray.
- Anna Ruth Your truth will only be accepted by those who wait to hear it. It is discovered when we sit quiet, outside looking at ants. Flowers changes and additions to rock poles on our routine daily ridge loop with george and dog Amelia. We always try to loose our rescue dog. We find comfort that we do and don’t care.

Telling your truth doesn't require rigor or honesty. It can be partially true, it can be a lie, it can have nuance, it can skate around. In order to discover your truth, you are required to be both rigorous and honest, digging into corners you partly don't want to examine.
