Published three times per year, El Piñón provides news about our just-completed and upcoming program initiatives.
The Spring Issue highlights the Aldo Leopold Writing Contest for 6th-12th grade New Mexico students as well as the Annual Leopold Lecture and Writing Contest Awards Ceremony. The Fall Issue features essays by early to mid-career professional writers who have just completed their Aldo & Estella Leopold Residencies. The Summer issue focuses on our former Residents and how their literary careers have grown and been influenced by the Residency. |
